Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Namor Intelligence Inc.
Effective Date: 09th July 2025

1. Our Commitment
At Namor Intelligence Inc., we are committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and unwavering respect for human rights. We categorically oppose all forms of modern slavery, forced labor, human trafficking, and child exploitation. Namor is building the technological infrastructure for planetary decisions that honor people, protect nature, and serve future generations. We believe this mission demands not only scientific excellence and innovation, but also a deep commitment to justice, community dignity, and ethical governance at every level.

2. Scope of This Statement
Although Namor is not currently required by law (such as the UK Modern Slavery Act or Australia’s Modern Slavery Act) to publish a formal statement, we choose to do so as part of our values-led approach to business.

This statement covers:

  • Our own operations
  • Our supply chain and partnerships
  • Our commitments moving forward

3. Our Operations
Namor is a U.S.-based technology company headquartered in Austin, Texas. Our team operates primarily in research, software development, data integration, and strategic collaborations with governments, scientific institutions, and infrastructure partners. We do not engage in manufacturing, high-risk labor outsourcing, or physical supply chains commonly associated with modern slavery risk.

4. Suppliers and Partners
While our operational model relies primarily on internal teams and trusted technology platforms, we recognize that any extended network, including software vendors, data providers, or cloud infrastructure, must be held to high ethical standards.

We commit to:

  • Working only with partners who share our zero-tolerance stance on forced labor and human trafficking.
  • Reviewing supplier agreements and policies to ensure alignment with ethical labor practices.
  • Escalating concerns if any part of our value chain is found to be non-compliant.

5. Future Actions
As Namor grows, we will:

  • Formalize due diligence procedures for evaluating new partners and contractors.
  • Include human rights and labor ethics clauses in key supplier contracts.
  • Raise awareness internally about modern slavery risks, particularly in digital and environmental sectors intersecting with vulnerable communities.

6. Reporting Concerns
If you are aware of any unethical practices connected to Namor or its collaborators, we encourage you to contact us directly at privacy@namor.earth.  All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated appropriately.

7. Approval and Review
This statement is reviewed annually by Namor’s leadership and reflects our voluntary commitment to global human rights principles.
